some email setup doesn't allow large files to be sent as attachment. You can try to divide the file into parts (using WinRAR or other compression softwares - notably the popular ones so your recipient will most likely have it and can open it), before sending it.

you may also want to upload your file in filesharing sites, and simply give the link to your recipients for download.

Messages up to 1MB can be delivered to your group. This includes both the message body and the attachment. As a general rule, attachments should be no larger than 800KB. If you post a message larger than 1MB it will be returned to you.
