I get a hurtful pinch in me head. Please someone help me out.. im in great pain!?

Ok well this keeps happening to me and the pain really hurts to me. This has happens a couple of times while throwing a ball. So i thought to just throw the ball lightly and I wouldnt get this hurtful pinch (i think its a nerve pain) so i threw it lightly but then i got that nerve pinch in my head again. This really hurt me and im not a baby, but i cried after this pain. I cried to the pain but i mostly cried while thinking i would never be able to play any games like throwing something or playing any sports without getting that pinch in my head. And i always worry i'll never be able to play sports or games again. Please someone help me. What can i do and why is this happening?

There are a number of possibilities for what could be causing this such as a pinched nerve in the upper part of your spine (an example only).

Because of how bad this pain is I would recommend seeing your doctor for further evaluation of the situation to see what they say.
