Can you be more specific, as we are not there to see for ourselves. Did you apply? Did you have an interview? What kind of mail?

If it is via email and you didn't apply, you found it in your SPAM box, or if the sender is [e-mail], chances are no.

if you didnt apply for the position then ignore it, it's probably fancy advertising or some elaborate con.  only reply to jobs you have actually applied for.  if you have signed up with an employment agency, make sure they know that this company have offered you a job before replying.
