I get a problem in my Website "Please help me"?

I build a Nice site of my own and i didn't used any flesh image or any flash stuff, because by flesh the site get slow while viewing the pages, But my site is still viewing the images so slow' like a Flash-Site

what should i do to make my site View faster?

what should i do when any one view my site, it will view immediately to there browser?

like a Professional website

Please help me... i am new in it

new to the English language as well?

try making all your images on there into thumbnails that the viewers click on to make them bigger (it's a Javascript code)

look it up on Google, type like Javascript thumbnail code or something
