I get a weird problem when runing WOW?

I get a weird problem when my computer runing WOW.

The characters' actions are very slow in the game. It looks like many funy actors play a big joke in WOW. Especially when the characters are runing, you can see that they are playing slowly actions.

This is my PC:

Intel E8400

ASUS P5Q PRO

ONDA 9800GT 256M

Kingston 2G DDR2 800

FPS when runing WOW is 80

The pin display in WOW is 110

I guess it's not PC's problem. Maybe any software cause this problem.

Could you please help me solve this problem.

Hi, could it be that your internet connection is too slow? If the transfer rate isnt fast enough, you may get lag, and thats what seems to be happening. Good luck on fixing it.
