I get an 'Error 999' when visiting my site.?

I use Yahoo Small Business to host my website. Recently I have been getting an error that states, "Unable to process request at this time -- error 999." It also states that this error is usually temporary, and it is. It normally cears up in an hour or so, but it has happened about 4-5 times in the last week. There is a link to contact Yahoo it does not resolve itself, but the "let us know" gives me another error, "Could not connect to arc database: Array."

What is the Error 999, and why is it happening... and how can I stop it.

error 999 on yahoo means that you are temporarily banned.

usually error 999, is not an HTTP error. it is actually an arbitrary custom code that generates it. i do not knwo the reason why.
