I get an e-mail from someone and can't get back to them what do i do?

Hi Steve: You have to clarify why you cannot contact sender.Is it due to blocked e-mail address,unknown address,e-mail program,security,etc.Do you understand.Difficult to assume what you want.One ex. is the security setting a sender has.If set high,only certain people can access.If you are not on the list you are out of luck.Large corporations do this.Although staff can send e-mails,they are blocked from receiving.If this does not cover your question,please post again.
