It started around March of this year. First I was nauseous just in the morning then the next month it was everytime i ate plus in the morning when i woke up & before i went to bed. Then i started getting bad cramps once or twice during a the two weeks but now its everyday like 4-5 times & it can last sometimes up to 30 mins & its like a stabbing pain right below my belly button and then the pain spreads up, down side to side plus the nausea. I dont what it is. Is it normal or what b/c this never happened before. I started my period at age 11. So from then to this Feb of 08 it's never happened.

  1. It's period pains, nothing to be worried about.

Get some tablets for it or go see a doctor.

My period pains used to be out of this world but I saw a doctor about it and she gave me some pills and now it's totally fine. A big weight off my shoulders!

Hope this helps, good luck! (:
