could be lots of things. try doing something that requires both mind and body. sports are good for that

A lack of focus and self motivation. Get a purpose for what you do and make yourself keep at it until it's done.

hey da same thang happens to make dat why i always carryin my psp and my mp3 player when i go out but if its at home then go out and play
