I get bright fuzzy images in my left eyes vision?

Happens anytime of day I am 40ish it has just started recently. They are blurry like when you see someone blotted out on tv. They can be very vivid and bright

  2. Are they confined to a specific visual field?  For example if you divided your left eye's visual field up into quadrants are they predominately seen upper left, upper right , lower left, lower right?  You may want to see your OD.

  3. thats one thing it can be, at your age i wouldnt fool around. it could also be the start of a cateract. see an eye doctor.

  4. I'd say it's an optical migraine. My mum gets them. She doesn't get a headache or pain, just a really bright blur that slowly moves across her vision.
