  1. You need to take bipolar medication, try Depakote. It works.

  2. use proper form and warm ups, you should be fine

  3. You probably just need to stretch and warm up more.

  4. Joints can make different noises--some are serious and some are not. There may be other unknown causes, but the three most common factors are:

    - Air bubbles that appear in the joint and "pops" when the air is released or reabsorbed.

    - Some joints crack as the ligaments and tendons that pass over them slide past bumps on the bones.

    - Arthritis in joints may crack and grind, due to the roughness of the joint surface due to loss of the smooth cartilage.

    One site noted:

"However, this type of joint cracking [arthritis] usually is found in patients who have known arthritis. It is uncommon for a patient's first complaint of arthritis to be joint cracking."

    The bottom line:

Joint cracking should not cause pain, and most doctors agree that you are unlikely to be doing any harm (ie, "causing" arthritis). If there is pain associated with the cracking, please visit with your health care provider!

is this systolic or diastolic  pressure? Anyway, if you were born like this - some people are born with the lower or higher blood pressure - and you did not aquire it through life, you are fine.

  5. If you're 14, why is your hair grey?

I don't think it's a major problem, it probably just means that you don't exercise regularly enough and you're becoming stiff. Your mother is speaking rubbish.

  6. It happens.Clicking means two separate bones that touch each other in a joint collide when You move, think how two chicken bones would noise if clliding,it should be about the noise You hear "clicking".This might grow to arthritis or not. What You CAN do is arrange for the bones not to click.Bone joint is basically two bones very close to each other separated by a soft oily matter to avoid them crushing each other from Your movements(the latter is called arthritis).Supply the separative piece with what it needs and avoid crushing collisions between the close bones(no jumping down from over a metre heights, striking targets with fists etc).Supply of food to the separative piece between the bones is regulated by diet policy and food intake management like vegetarian feeding, avoiding junk food etc,it all IS around on the web, doctors also can help advising. At 14 especial care should be still taken to avoid overharm to not yet fully developed organism, here You mum IS right.Your knee must be unwell due to wrong(like too hard)attempts with yoga etc,I had such stuff too.I solved it in general by going vegetarian plus yoga,I do it too.Advice:watch it with yoga,it CAN be dangerous,if any pain or even simply discomfort arises when You practise yoga, stop right on and go into laying on the floor untill You feel like getting up,if You lay for over like 5 minutes, stop practising altogether for some hours;do only poses You wish to do.I use such rules and find yoga benefiting me only under them,no seriuos harm achieved.Yoga yes CAN bedangerous.Check these sites on yoga:

  7. i own a gym and a lot of people who dont do warm ups and streaches have the problem. if warming up before ur yoga session doesnt help, contact a doc.

  8. My joints used to sort of 'pop' when I did squats and other exercises. The doc said the joints need to be lubricated and could even be calcium deficiency. Supplements like omega-3 fatty capsules have been useful and I've increased my intake of fibrous foods & vegetables. As of now, this seems to be working. Do some warm-ups before exercising.
