  1. i have this too. Control your breathing. I sould suspect after you are running awhile your breathing and out of your mouth. I alternate in my nose, out my mouth and visa versa. I also count for about 4 or 5 seconds. 4 seconds breathing in my nose, 4 seconds breathing out my mouth.

  2. My soccer coach told me about a trick that REALLY has helped for me. While you're running don't breathe in through your mouth. Inhale through your nose and then exhale through your mouth. Sounds strange but I don't get cramps anymore.

  3. drink glucose added to water or honey added to water it gives u instant energy and ur cramps will disappear eventually.

  4. drink water

  5. Haha lung cancer

Yes as one of the others said, inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth.

The cramps you are feeling are a build up of latic acids within your muscles, latic acid is easially destroyed by oxygen so it is vitally important you breath properly. I have no idea why breathing in through your nose and exhaling through your mouth stops the build up of acid, but it does.
