Question:

I get dizzy easily...?

Usually whenever I stand to stretch I get really dizzy afterwords and I usually need to lean on something to stop from falling down. I have never fainted because of it but I have come close to blacking out. Is there something I can do to stop this from happening?

If it makes any difference I am a smoker and I am out of shape.

  1. Sounds like you might not have the best circulation & the getting up to quick could be just too quick. I coach people cause I was not in good shape years ago & I worked with a coach. She had me start out with baby steps. I would tell her I could walk 3 days a week & didn't do it. It took me a long time & I felt so bad for her I started to move. So if you are out of shape & can get a life coach to help you it would give you someone that would hold you accountable & as you make changes you will probably start feeling better. Dizziness on a mental level comes from having too many things on your mind. If I were you coach I would help you figure out what is most important & focus on that. Of course sometimes other things need to be done but I would work on you getting into shape, cutting back on the cigarettes until you have replaced them with what you really need and letting go of all the craziness by prioritizing & getting things done so you are not so overwhelmed. You can e-mail me if you want to try coaching.

  2. this happens to me its because you get up to fast you got to slowly get up or its because your to hot or cold

  3. you are probably deficient in iron.. make sure you eat green veggies.. and drink lots of orange juice. You should get better, and if you don't see results in a weeek, go see your doc!
