  1. Limescale is supposed to be good for your arteries. Even bottled water contains natural minerals that it flows through. Volvic even boast about it.

I know that if you lay out in the sun and then drink cold water fast it can make you sick and have stomach problems. It's why most people have stomach problems on holiday.

Maybe your doctor can send you to a place to get tested to see if there's anything in tap water that you can't have?

Other than that, are you sure it isn't anxiety? That can make you feel sick and dizzy.

  2. It is common to get dizzy from drinking cold water after a vigerouse workout but in your situation i recomend you stop drinking your water.

  3. ooh ooh, where abouts do you live, i now this, its because the water in ure area contains to much limescale, and intaking limescale came cause nausiatic effects, so thats why you feel dissy, it can also give you kidney stones!, go and look inside of your kettle, and it will probably be full of a white stone like coating, thats limescale, and thats whats in your water, drink bottled water, its the safest way
