I get electrical shocks(popping sounds) every time I breath unconciously in my house where does it come from?

I found through an agency that the fedral government is engaging in this. How do they create these forms of attacks?

I think your parinoid, the electric shocks comes from your carpet. when you walk or rub your feet on the carpet you cause static and you get a shock.

The Federal Gov. has no money to spend on attacks where people are not killed. You are suffering from a delusion, or false belief. I suggest you talk to someone you trust about this. It could be a symptom of mental illness.
