I get emails directly from the group, suddenly I am not getting group emails from one member only.?

my group has 7 members, we respond to the group email, suddenly I am not seeing emails from one member, I only see her emails if someone else responds to hers and that goes to the group. how can i fix this?

it would be a conflict of mail servers, between yours and that members. it's also possible it's stuck in a spam folder
