I get error #1303 and am told to sign in as Administrator, however, I am the only user and am signed in as Administrator. I am trying to install my WordPerfect Office X4 on my laptop after a successful install on my Desktop.I have the exact same problem but Solution #1 does not work for me. I have a laptop with Windows XP and there is no option for me to de-select Use Simple File Sharing. There is also no Security Tab or the option to Select any type of user as well as no option to select Full Control. And lastly there is no option to do any of step #3. PLEASE Help. I've been trying to fix this all day. Thanks, Marc.
