I get fired becauce of secret shopper. can i do a law suit?

Consult a labor lawyer.  Many of these secret shoppers don't follow proper procedure.   There are several laws protecting workers rights.   If you were fired on the survey of a secret shopper and it is unjust you can also file suit against the shopper.  These "shoppers" make pocket money for causing people to lose their jobs, these aren't "good" people and aren't above giving false reports.

I would contact the Labor Board. I knew a secret shopper and she was very fair. If you were polite and helpful, she graded fairly. Iam sure there are some shoppers who are not fair, or try to lead you into being less helpful. Many states do not need a reason to let you go. If you were trully lied about, I would persue them to the end.
