  1. Direct exposure to sunlight can turn out to be hazardous. It can harm your barin cells, cause migrain or trigger cancers too.......

Headache is quite common so i think you should cover your head with cap or scarf if its necessary to spend time under the sun.

  2. I have heard of people being allergic to sunlight. So keep that in mind if you get a rash also. But I did see this article on sunlight causing headaches.

  3. wear the sunglasses r keep a cap r else take homeopathi tratment r else take a tablet of headache

  4. then dont take medicine and deal with it, its probably all in your head, since it's summer and all. there might also be the very rare possibility that you are allergic to the sun. (serious)

  5. It might be migrane. consult with your doctor. migrane is h**l so take precautions if it is dignosed in you.

  6. Is the headache due to squinting? Exposure to bright light can be a trigger for headaches so  perhaps a pair of sunglasses would help.

  7. Get some sun glasses,duh.

  8. drink more and more waterprefer lime water and mint  jaljeera mix
