I get how to add a picture to the group but how do I get it in an individual post?

I am posting ads for digital scrapbooking to related groups. When I try to paste a picture into the post, I get a blank space. It doesn't show up in the preview either. At least one group requires image previews in posts. How do I put a jpg in there?

depends on what mail server you're using. if you're posting off the group- you'll need to learn this
