Ok, so i'm currently working at this job. I get paid $544 (to be exact) everyt two weeks. My schedule is Mon-Fri 9 a.m-7 p.m, 10 hours a day. ( i used to close the office at 6p.m but, he recently told me that i have to start closing at 7 p.m, which sucks cause i have things to go) on saturdays i work from 10-5. The thing is that they are paying me less tahn minimum wage, no overtime, and for my hour lunch (the only break i have) he wants me to bring my food to the office, just incase we get any customers. Can i sue?

You could report your concerns to the state labor authority.  That will probably result in your termination though.  If it doesn't result in your termination, it will result in an uncomfortable situation.

Why sue?  Just quit and get another job.  Jobs paying $4.69 an hour (that's what your math up there comes to) are pretty easy to find all day long.  I suspect finding one making $6 wouldn't be so hard.

But, as long as you've got a few thousand dollars to pay an attorney, you can sue anyone you want to.
