I get pain right under my ribs when I run?

Do you know anything that well help me not get theses pains.

  1. I used to get this pain.  It's your abdominal muscles.  You just need to make sure you do plenty of stretches to increase the flexibility of your abs.  It's hard to describe how to stretch your abs in words, but do a web-search on stretching.  Stretching should resolve the pain... unless you also have trouble breathing... That could be your lungs... asthma or the like.

    and all u have to do is run right

    ok well breath in thru ur nose and out ur mouth and it works try it

  3. It's usually because you aren't used to running so much. Therefore, you just need more exercise.

  4. i get the same thing when i run... idk what it is sorry =/ but i know it hurts!!!

  5. same here, I don't no what it is either so sorry again, but I am going to try drinking alot of water and eating something health tomorrow when I go running, try it too.
