I get pains in my stomach, around the right side during s*x?

its more just to the right of the middle of my stomach, and it feels like a stitch. what could this be? we are ttc and i ovulated last week (for sure, i used an opk and i have ovulation pains) i'm due on 7th/8th sep. thanks everyone!

i had the exact same thing and went to the gyno, i had a large cyst on my ovary. they are really common and easy to treat

Same for me- Got an ultrasound (that my insurance didn't pay for) :(

Turns out I have reoccurring cysts. They do typically go away on their own, but mine ruptured. That's what was causing my pain. I can't go back for my follow up because of the whole insurance debacle. But definitely try to go to the doc sooner rather than later. Oh, and if you are in the 2nd half of your cycle (right after you ovulated), it will be really difficult to tell which kind of cyst is there. My ultrasound tech told me to come a couple days after my period ends. Good luck to you.
