  1. hmm it doesn't seem normal for it not to go away but usually while running people can feel the way you described. make sure you are eating healthy and not over doing it. sometimes people run until the throw up in races because they push themselves. it's not necessarily that bad but if it's happening often you might want to rethink what you are doing. try running for less distance and at a slower pace. build on what you can do and eventually you may feel better. if it's more serious and you really don't stop getting sick i think you should contact your doctor.

i hope i helped and best of luck with this!

    :)

  2. not normal at all.

make sure you are very hydrated.

just do really short easy runs, if it keeps happening do even less intense runs, once it stops if it does, u can start building them up very slowly.

but if it keeps happening definitely see a doctor. maybe record your runs and how u feel before n after them. it will be easier to see improvement and look for other variables. record any unusual feelings or symptoms during your days to see if there is any consistency.

stay hydrated tho! be smart tho, dont wait too long to see a doc.

  3. hmm. i have the same problem! but with me its like excersize induced asthma. i think thats what they called it.

i cant run too much cuz it just makes me feel bad (&& not being able to breathe well)

so no, its not really normal.

  4. Well maybe you should run a little less than work up to running more.

You're proably pushing yourself too hard. If this isn't the reason then you should go see a doctor.

    This isn't usually normal...
