  1. You will have to apply for a non-immigrant / visitor's visa at the nearest U.S. embassy where you presently reside. Refer to http://www.usembassy.gov/ for a comprehensive list of U.S. embassies & consulates worldwide. You can access the various forms required to apply for and get an appointment date for a visa. Good luck with seeing your daughter again sometime soon.


  2. Ordinarily, Spanish citizens may enter the United States without a visa for 90 days or less. Of course it is still up to the person working at Passport Control to decide whether to actually allow the person to enter the United States. I am very curious why the official at the Miami airport refused you entry. Why did the person refuse you entry to the United States?

  3. Try to get approval before you come. Go to the US embassey in your country and ask for a visa to visit your daughter.
