it's like motion sickness but i get a headache and it gets worse when the film's finished and it goes on for a couple of hours and i feel like i'm going to throw up i just watched a film on my computer about 10 minuites ago i got the same feeling only not as bad as in the cinema and i still have a bad headache and still feel a little bit sick. my mum thinks it's because i don't wear my glasses but i wore them and it didn't help at all. i have to go to a party which involves watching a film at the cinema it's a terrible feeling and i already said i would go, does anybody know why i get sick and how to stop it

  1. go to doctor asap

  2. maybe you need stronger glasses. Go to an optician :)

  3. have you ever thought it could be migranes? i get them sometimes with bright lights, especially when i've been staring at a huge screen that keeps flashing, wearing glasses can help because your eyes sometimes find it hard to focus.

I mainly get migranes when its too hot or too sunny, but you feel sick and the part on your forehead between your eyes starts to tingle and feel funny, also i get bad pains in areas of my head like a headache but much worse, its worth checking with your doctor though..

  4. It's motion sickness. It's when you watch images or are staring at the computer for too long.  You should always have an break after every hour when you're on the computer.

Don't worry too much, I get it too. It's more common than you think!

  5. It sounds like you have an inner  ear problem, see your doctor.
