  1. They are feeding you cat.  It's not good for the gut.  Try Korean.  They grill dog on a stick. Dogkabobs.  They're much better tasting!

  2. it could also be that most of Chinese food is raw and your stomach might not be used to Raw or not fully cooked food!

    Hope you feel better!

  3. Perhaps it might contain msg which many people are allergic too.

  4. the bad grease and MSG probably...

  5. i agree that its the oil and salt, i am exactly the same!  i love fried rice but know after i eat it im gonna feel like s**t!

  6. grease

  7. Some people are allergic to MSG.

  8. mostly the 'grease'

  9. It's the MSG , next time request that no MSG is put into the food . This causes headaches and possible raises your blood pressure,

  10. It could be that MSG doesn't agree with you. That's a spice that most Chinese restaurants use. My mom can't eat Chinese food for that reason.

  11. it might be just the particular chinese restaurant.. or it could just be that a certain ethnic spice they use you are allergic to.

  12. Most Chinese food is very dense in calories, fat, salt, and sugar. Since you don't say how you "get sick," I'm going to assume you mean that you get nauseous. This is likely because the food you're eating is too fatty. Deep-fried meat is much fattier than a slice of pizza, and you usually eat far more than is considered one serving. Chowing down on tons of deep-fried food will make anyone queasy, and to add insult to injury, many Chinese dishes are smothered in syrupy, salty sauces that pack quite a caloric punch.

It could also be that common ingredients in Chinese food simply don't agree with you. MSG does not make people sick, as most people seem to believe, though it can cause headaches in people who are extremely sensitive to salt. Perhaps you're allergic to peanut oil, fish sauce, or shellfish (you'd be surprised how many Chinese dishes call for shellfish ingredients). Or maybe the restaurant you ate at was unsanitary somehow--does this happen no matter where you get the Chinese food? Perhaps you should simply try a different restaurant. Also, try limiting the amount you eat and see if you feel better--it could just be that you're eating more than you realize.
