I get small panic attacks, how can I stop this?

I just freak out and get scared alot for no reason.

I can't go to the doctor because my mom won't take me, how can I help myself?

  2. Make sure you get plenty of sleep. Make sure you take deep breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth. If you get a panic attack just think of somewhere peaceful or listen to calming music and remember breathe slowly a panic attack is caused by hyperventilating.

    if you feel you are about to get a panic attack try and sit or lay down and just picture in your head your muscles relaxing and try and hear the sound of your heart beat going slower these are simple forms of suggestion that will help.

    If all this fails learn tai chi.  

  3. Learn to be more calm.

    And when you get scared again.. TRY and breathe in and out.

    Tell yourself there's nothing to worry or be scared about.

    Try to teach yourself to stop feeling so anxious and get freaked out so easily.

  4. Depending on what you get scared off, you could try and let the fear or panic set in and then you will realise nothing is wrong.

    It's hard to explain, but just realise nothing bad will happen, nothing bad at all!

    I really hope it gets sorted out, and like forgivetheSky said, just breath in and out, maybe lay down, try not to move at all and relax!!!!!!!! + you could try and listen to calming music.
