i get stressed out a lot over things and my blood pressure rises. Please help me in how to stop stressing out soo much=[

  1. Look into taking a yoga class.  It is good for relaxing your body and learning to stop the wandering thoughts in your mind.  You can take what you learn from class and apply it to your regular life.  When you get stressed, sit or lay down for a few minutes and take long, deep breaths and try to clear your mind.  Realize that there are certain things in your life that you can't control.  Try to let these go and focus on things that you're able to change.  Good luck!
