  1. Sounds like your too young for arthritis.  Could be bursitis, inflammation of bursa [cushion like sacks surrounding joints].  Try a powerful " liquid" vitamin and mineral supplement like VEMMA, it has lots of anti-inflammatories.  I had this problem with my elbow.  Went away in 3 weeks.  Go to www.TrySomeVemma.com

  2. if ur 20- its just joint pains, but if ur older i recommend you see a doctor soon..

  3. How old are you? You might still be growing if your in your teens. In that case, you also might have Osgood-schlatter disease and Tennis elbow. See a doctor if it carries on for further diagnosis.

  4. No matter what kind of severe pain you have, it must be checked by a doctor. Only a doctor can diagnose and treat properly.

  5. Could be you should see a doctor.  If you are a teen it could just be growing pains.

  6. A common myth is that arthritis happens to older people. While it is true that more older patients develop osteo and rheumatoid arthritis, younger patients can and do get these diseases. If it is just one knee and one elbow, it doesn't sound like rheumatoid arthritis which usually has symmetrical symptoms (it affects both sides of the body).

What is most important is that you get diagnosed by a Dr. to find out the exact cause of your pain. List all your symptoms, and when they happen.

I hope you're able to get some relief!
