Your best bet is to research travelers who have been there on the Internet....i doubt too many of us "yahoo answers" crew have been there.....

Things is not easy in here.  For that salary as if you're not working... what I mean is it will only be used for monthly expenses... Break-even...No savings at all!

It will be hard.  Accommodation is expensive.  You could try getting a bed space where there are between 4 to 6 people in a room but it is not very private.  Do you have to also take into consideration traveling expenses too?

Abu Dhabi is almost overtaken Dubai by means of Cost of accomodations.

In your case, as your salary is a gross of AED 2750, you can imagine only bed spaces in Abu Dhabi. But it is very hard to get a bed space here now.

Cost of bed space will vary depends the number of persons living in a room. If four people shares a room of AED 2000, it will be AED 500 per head. Nowadays the bed space cost starts from AED 500 to ....

And in case of food expenses, I know some helpers/office boys are staying here in Abu Dhabi 6 persons in a room and per head the total cost will be AED500 (350 Acc + 150 Food), Thus if you are ready to live like that, you can save something. So if you spend AED 500 for bed space & AED 500 for food and other expenses, you can save AED 1750.

Also you didn't mentioned the transportation, if the company providing the same, good, otherwise you have to search a beds pace nearby your office area.
