I get this message in the y music jukebox. "unexpected error occurred while trying to log in"?

It happens when I am trying to log in. I have purchased the yahoo unlimited and have never been able to log in yet. Have been in contact with the various customer service automatic form e-mails. Has anyone else had this problem and if you did, how did you fix it?

A person I know used to have this problem. The person found out that the computer had an error about cookies. The person read the following website's advice and fixed it.

I've had a problem like this. What I did was uninstalled the program from my computer and then downloaded it again. Then it worked fine.
