  1. Apparently, this is some POPUP.

try downloading a popup blocker, here is a recommended one:

    http://www.synergeticsoft.com/

Or, delete all the internet explorer files, which can be located @ c:/windows/program files/internet explorer

delete all the files in that folder.

Now be sure you have another browser.

Now install a newer updated version of IE.

    hope it works.

  2. definate spyware/virus, download spybot search and destroy update the definitions database and scan in safe mode.

download AVG or Avira anti-virus and do the same as above.

sounds like a BHO hijack as well.

  3. The only thing I could find was reference to the 1980 thoroughly funny movie filmed in Botswana about a native tribesman and a coke bottle. However, if you don't have antivirus, you certainly should have, I doubt if this is a virus, it's most likely spyware, but evidently, you also don't have antispyware installed. Your computer is an accident looking for a place to happen without these things.

You didn't ask for advice about WHY this stuff appeared suddenly, so I assume you don't want free advice about what to use to maybe get rid of it.

Antivirus - Avast 4 Home (free)

    Antispyware - SUPERAntispyware (free)

    Ad-Aware (free)

  4. download hijackthis from merijn.org or trendmicro.com

use this then remove bho ordered contents now your problem is over

  5. where did it appear?

ya, it's most likely a virus or spyware..

there're several free anti virus and anti spyware...

    antivirus:

    anti spyware:

    http://www.lavasoft.com/products/ad_awar...

    http://www.safer-networking.org/en/spybo...
