  1. Come to Greece!

  2. Lots of places have helpful people who speak English--even as a second or third (or fourth!) language.  The most expensive places are Scandinavia, Switzerland, UK (especially London) and capitals--generally.  However, consider Berlin, also Munich, Austria, Portugal, and eastern Europe.  Generally speaking the further south and east you go, prices tend to be lower (again, with exceptions such as Rome).

I think you'd benefit a lot from checking out Lonely Planet or Let's Go travel books from your nearest library or bookstore; these guidebook series cater to younger travellers on a budget.  Start with their general "Europe" guides, then as interests emerge, go for their more specialized guidebooks focusing on a particular country or region.

  3. Wow youre really fortunate! Well England is GREAT! Hot guys and just an overall fantastic place. A lot of people in other European countries will speak English. If you want, try www.eftours.com or www.statravel.com.
