Question:

I get too hungry, How can I diminish my hunger?

I eat as much as my 30yo brother. And I get hungry all the time. I eat 6 small meals a day but I have to drink a lot not to feel the hunger.

Peanut butter helps me not feel the hunger, anything else could help?

  1. Add 1 TB apple cider vinegar to an 8oz glass of water - add a lil honey for taste - then drink with dinner - it does help curb an appetite  


  2. check with your doctor if its been going on for a while and is affecting your quality of life.  

  3. eat fruit

  4. Do other activities, ocupy your time & mind!

    don't obsess about food!

  5. The more water, the better.  Also, avoid caffeine and high-starch foods such as potatoes and white processed breads.  

  6. up your protein and fiber, protein shakes rock!
