I get vocal description of everything on the screen?

My husband "TV remote illiterate" has done something to our TV that we get a bothersome person describing what we already see. How do I get it off?

He turned on SAP by accident.  Check the menus and turn it off.  That will let you hear the main audio channel.

SAP is Second Audio Program, it's another audio channel that's used for another language or Descriptive Audio for the sight impaired.  Getting SAP turned on by accident is actually a common thing.  You're not the first . . .
