I get why seniors think they're better than freshman--what about sophomores?

I mean, sophomores aren't more than 1 year older than freshman AT MOST! One sophomore is only 2 months older than the freshman she still thinks she's better...are freshman just the laughing stock of the world? lol

  1. haha well they are considered young and naive to high school and sophomores juniors and seniors will pretty find anything to make fun of freshman...like even the tiniest stupidest things...once i saw this freshman who forgot her locker code and the sophomores were like cracking up..haha and then later that day a senior forgot hers and everyone just acted like that was cool...its actually funny how sophomores think their cooler...even this girl who skipped a grade whos a sophomore thinks shes better than all freshman..though shes the same age (maybe even younger than them!) haha but its just something that all freshman have to go through and all older kids GET to go through


  2. At my school, the freshmen that try too hard to be cool get made fun of. Like this one freshman that got caught skipping on the first day. Its funny because some of us acted like that when we came in. If these freshmen would just keep their cool there wouldn't be much to laugh about.  

  3. People just wanna enjoy not being a fresh man and pass on what they experienced as freshman's. It's just the way things are even though it makes no sense.

  4. It's just a rite of passage :P People will always make fun of freshmen no matter how close in age they are. Sophomores are a little better, but not much.

    It's just funny to see people much smaller than myself wandering around the school. And it kind of bugs me to see freshmen who think they're SO awesome because they're in high school now.

  5. i'm now going to be a sophmore nd i think the only reason why they make fun of freshman is becauce they were made fun of nd they get back by making fun of the younger ones i think its stupid that they make fun of freshman because at least every one was once a freshman.

  6. i know!! im gonna be a freshman, and this girl was like "HAHA FRESHMMEEAAT!!!!" i was like, "you were just a freshman not too long ago!" they think they're better for some reason. =()

    and for people who say "much smaller" wtf! we're the same height!!!

  7. Seniors dont really think there better then the Freshmen. Honestly juniors and seniors dont really pay much attention to them despite what the movies portray. Sophmores are like that because their not freshmen anymore so their excited. Its about maturity. Some freshmen are annoying though as is every grade level, but theirs always some freshmen that pretend to be really cool and bitchy because they think that will make them popular and its just stupid.

  8. ha ha this is funny. don't worry I'm a sophomore and i DO NOT make fun of freshies. i just guess its a way of feeling superior. all teenagers love to feel that they are grown up and thats just the way life is.

  9. I'm a Sophomore and pretty sure it's cause we were just recently frosh. and now since we know the school and what's going on, we don't look dumb like frosh do.

    that's just how it is. it's tradition.
