give to dry clean My Suit and shirt to attend a marriage

They give the time to pick up Friday 4 PM

i visit on friday on shop and they told me Suit is still not dry cleaned so they give the time tomorrow on saturday 9Am

i visit saturday at 10Am they have same story and they ask me Pick up at 4PM

Now i Visit 4 PM and the lady told me Suit is still not here

Someone Mis placed

Please tell me after 2 hours i have to attend a marriage

and I am going to miss it

What i do???????

I don't have other suit

i already miss it

can i make a claim

Save your receipt for the courtroom...first ask the cleaner nicely to buy you a new suit and shirt. They agree? End of loop.

They don't agree you send them a letter asking for suit, shirt, and damages because you were unable to attend/dress properly for the wedding...and send it certified mail giving them 10 days to fess up.

Finally if you don't get an answer to that sue them in small claims court.

You can make a claim for whatever you want.  if you are asking about your chances of winning a lawsuit, try asking that.
