I go out for the day & when i get back your all talking about WW3... what have i missed?

I know all about the Russia/Georgia war last week, a cease fire was called, then all has been quiet for a few days, no posts on here or news about it.

I then go out for the day and when i return home my husband said there has been talk about WW3 on tv but he missed most of what it was about, so i come on here and your all talking about WW3 aswell.

What have i missed then?

Seems the Russians are concerned that there is US soldiers in Georgia and the Georgians are trying to get the Russians to attack places where these Americans are and therefore result in a war between the US and Russia. .

It's just diplomatic posturing from both Russia and the US.

I have no axe to grind , but i get a strong feling there is a lot of media hype goingn on.Everyone seems to be blaming RUSSIA, but evidently GEORGIA is the one that stepped out of line.Now its got to the stage where the little guy is running about involving every one else to sort it out, because the big fellow has hit him back It could go on for a while yet, but WW3,no.
