I go to a gym and I'm looking for a new routine - mostly weight training - some cardio?

    its rippetoes, its the greatest routine for novice lifters.  


  2. This is what i use. I used to be 6'2'' and weigh 175 now i weigh 205. 215 at my largest. using this routine.

    Monday -chest

    Tuesday -Back

    Wednesday-Legs

    Thursday-Shoulders

    Friday-Arms(biceps & triceps)

    The obvious reason is that it gives your muscles time to heal.

    Dont forget the protein its is very important.

    And dont forget to change up the exercises you do at least once a month.
