I go to the bathroom alot. I can't even go out of my house because of it. Im scared i might have something wrong with me. My mom already took ne to the doctor. They say I have nothing wrong wih me but I don't agree. I'm nervous alot. I get headaches and my chest hurts a little. I get dizzy when i stand. Diffrent parts of my body hurt sometimes in diffrent days though. I've been having this problem ever since April. But I'm not pregnate..that's out of the question..lol. Im scared, I don't want this problem anymore.

Please if you know what i have or might have a guess on what I have then please tell me! And if you don't know but you have a similar problem, then please tell me too.

  1. It could be...

Nerve damage caused by abdominal trauma, pelvic trauma, or surgery

    Bladder stones

    Drug side effects

Neurological disease (e.g., multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, stroke, spinal cord lesions)

    Bladder cancer or prostate cancer

    urinary tract infection

  2. It sounds like you may have 2 things going on:  IBS Irritable Bowel Syndrome & Fibromyalgia.

Fibromyalgia is a multi-system syndrome that is often accompanied by IBS; depression; anxiety; dizziness; chest pains; headaches; etc.  It includes muscle & joint pain & is diagnosed if you have 11 of the 18 "trigger points" of pain.

IBS usually involves cramps with relief after going to the bathroom.

Try keeping a food diary for 2 weeks to figure out if what your triggers are (I'm lactose intolerant but have learned what I can tolerate & what I can't.  It's gotten better as I've gotten older) then try to avoid those foods for a while.  Slowly add them back to your diet to see what your reaction is.  There are also medications that can help. (Bentyl & other anti-spasmatics))

Also re:  Dizziness make sure you stay well hydrated.  Dehydration is often a common cause of dizziness.

    Google:  mayo clinic>>diseases>>Irritable Bowel Syndrome

    >>Fibromyalgia.

    My best to you.
