  2. no, not at all. I swim competitively about 9 sessions a week and once a week we run from 5.30 to 6.00 then we get in the pool untill 8.00. Just make sure you eat after running and before swimming. Also, remember to keep thoroughly hydrated.

  3. no many people do triathlons...running swimming and biking!! crazy but totally possible!!

    this is going to get you in great shape!! just dont over work yourself....work into an intense running and swimming workout!

    just be sure you eat breakfast, and stay hydrated!! :)

  4. Nope. It's great for you! Make sure you eat a good breakfast an hour before or so (so you don't get cramps while running).
