I got 103 cutoff in mpc in +2 exam total 749 where i can get seat ? i am obc this cutoff is eligible?

i am obc this cutoff is eligible for anna university councilling.please help me i want to join b.e. where i can get it or otherwise how much i want to pay to get seat in chennai

    All the reservation should be removed from our country's edcational and employment system! its undeserving people like U who graduate ang get Govt jobs and then ruin the country!

    why cant u guys study by merit?

    COZ U PEOPLE CANNOT SURVIVE WITHOUT RESERVATIONS!
