I got 2 female gerbils the other day and one of them is fatter and is hiding her food.could she be pregnant?

Hi There! If she is pregnant you will notic her stomach will grow through 26 -28 days and she'll have her babies but i think you have a gerbil that is going to have some babies soon!!!!! Good Luck! -Lily Allen♥☻☺

go to the place where you got the gerbils and ask if they keep males and females together. if so, then you most likely have a pregnant gerbil. if that is the case i would separate the two gerbils because animals get aggressive when pregnant. do some research just in case about raising gerbil babies

if she like just got fatter she ate a whole lot of food or yes she is pregnant!

She might be just eating a lot...hiding her food from the other to make sure she doesn't steal it...haha...but she could be pregnant as well so call your vet (or take her there) to make sure!
