I got 3 tickets the other night and i wanted to know how long my license is suspened?

Ok so me and my friend did something really stupid and we stole my dads car and drove around at 1 in the morning.

At 3 in the morning we ran a red light and hit another car.

The thing is neither of us had or license and we wanted to kno how long our license will be suspended. We got 6 points tookin off but we dont have our license yet and was wondering if that 12 points in 12 months things still applies to us.

Yes. it applies to everyone. i dont think you beable to get you license for quite a while.

Frankly, it should have been revoked entirely.  That is absolutely stupid.

You should never be allowed to get a license in my opinion. I sure wouldn't want to share the road with someone so selfish and irresponsible.

Wow you only got points on your license? Im pretty sure here in CA if you did that you would have been arrested.

In most states, you not having your license and driving is a 12 month license suspension. I think in CA if your under 18 and its more than a year till you turn 18, you get a suspension till you do turn 18. Only your local DMV can tell you for sure though.

As for what you did, i'm guessing you learned from your mistake right? Never take a out car without a license, and never take a car without permission. If i was you i'd be more worried about the other guy filing a law suit against you, hopefully the guy you hit isn't so bitter and will let insurance cover it, or if insurance didn't cover it, will just make your dad pay for the damages done.

Also, because of your actions, this will be on your record and thus on your insurance when it is time to get a car, which is going to make your insurance super high over the rest of people your age.
