What do y'll think about this? how are my chances? i think, although dwight isn't 100% and LeBron just got an ankle injury we still got a great chance and should win the gold. The pg position is solid, with Kidd, CP3, and Deron Williams. Im worried about the lack of shooters we got, Redd being our only pure shooter (I dont consider Kobe a great shooter, not consistent). Im also worried about who is going to be the physical force driving in with LeBron having to move up to PF. I 'm still glad about our chances, but what do ya'll think? am i gonno b 40 bux richer or what?

ok i didn't know lebron got injured that is a big disadvantage for usa but I think they shoulda got more big men, but i think they have a really good chance of winning this year

There is no reason why team USA should not get the gold.. They just have to be humble and adjust to the international rules- they have a good mix of experienced players:  Wade, Carmelo, and Kidd and young blood- Kobe, Chris Paul, Dwight Howard and are hungry for the gold.

i think they have something to prove- and they'll take care of business.

They'll have to get past there group first which include african nation of Angola, who easily qulaified for the olympics and have shown these past few years have been one of the elite teams, Also dirk nowizki and the germans will be tough, Yao ming and China wont be easy, Argentina will be a rocky road, Pau gasol and Spain will be even tougher,and can't leave out greece who are the one of the superpowers of wworld basktaball. This in my opinion is the group of death, U.S will have an extremly tough time, just cause they have NBA stars don't mean they'll have a tough time.
