For someone wanting to go to college, you sure don't know that this is not the right place to be asking such questions.  Wonder if you're better off spending your money on something else.

Do u have reservation if not  than forget about seat. My advise to u is join a payment seat in a good college. Check whether the college u joined hav campus.
