Learn vocabulary, and ...memorize vocabulary...

well, with the reading section you need to start reading A LOT!!!! That section is, in large part, about vocabulary. The more you read, the more you will understand, and be able to interpret the reading sections. the writing is about.. well writing. you could get a SAT prep book and try with that.
