Hay thats completely depends on the project that you got...and ofcourse on the client too...

Some people they would pay you based on the links approved and based on traffic generated....and some they would pay you on a project based...

So i suggest you to use the add additional details in the question form and let us know the project that you got so that it would be easy for us to let you know how much you can charge for an Hour!!!

It depends on the type of job. Usually I go with http://www.submitinme.com . They charge me $3/hour for manual submission jobs. For keyword research and other complicated jobs they charge $5/ hour.
