  1. First of all, age is unrelated to IQ.  Your IQ, if properly measured, will stay the same from childhood throughout your life.  Now, the next thing to ask is, what kind of an IQ test did you take?  Was it taken officially at school or by a psychologist, or was it something you took online?  If online, ignore it.  Those things are meaningless.  Most of them just seem to be random questions generated by someone to make you think you are smart (most people seem to score extremely high on these, which indicates that they are inaccurate.  Most people seem to score as either gifted or genius.  Since those are relatively rare in the population, it should tell you something).

Now, if you took an official test at a testing center, with someone who knew what they were doing, there is a little more credibility to the test.  However, you should know that even when done properly, IQ is more a test of potential than a test of what you have done.  If you come out very high, it means that you have the intellectual capacity to do a lot of things, but it doesn't mean that you will choose to live up to that capability.  The same is true if you score low.  It doesn't mean that you will be a failure in life, even though you may need to work harder to make up for natural deficiencies.

An average score is 100.  Half of people have IQs above and half below that.  131 would score within the range of very superior intelligence.  That means that while you aren't a genius or near-genius, there shouldn't be a lot of intellectual limitations on you in your life.  You should be capable of graduate study and a professional job.  One site I looked at said that you might be expected to get a Ph.D. at a third-rate university!  That doesn't mean that you couldn't end up going to a better school, or that you might not end up doing nothing with your life, but that would be the standard expectation of people in your category.

Again, that assumes that the test you took was a good one and was well-administered.

  2. It means that you should be a smart person, between 100 and 120 is considered above average and I believe 120-140 is considered smart. But then again I know of a kid with an IQ below 90 who's in the top tenth of our graduating class but I also know a kid with an IQ above 120 who's in the last quarter of our graduating class so just because you have a high IQ you're not guarenteed to find a cure for cancer or create a quadratic equation for 4 variables.
